Sales Administrator - Altens

Aberdeen

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the operations team at a UK wide business headquartered in Altens Aberdeen.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the operations team with order processing from initial order placement to delivery.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with a salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000. The role is office-based with parking available on site. Immediate start is preferable.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently- Managing order documentation and ensuring all relevant information is up to date- Liaising with customers and internal teams to communicate order status and resolve any issues- Utilising Sage system to input and track orders- Maintaining high levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasksThe ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience using Sage system- Strong administrative skills and experience- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
