Reed Business Support are working with a fantastic and progressive business in Aberdeen that are on the hunt for an immediately available Resourcing Coordinator to join their business on a temporary to permanent contract!
Role: Resourcing Coordinator
Location: Aberdeen
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 8am-4pm (with hybrid working available)
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
Recruitment
Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline/database.
Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
Sending CV’s to relevant manager for review / Approval.
Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Attending weekly and monthly resourcing and client calls/meetings.
Training / Administration
Book hotels / accommodation / travel as and when required to help the training / Logistics department.
Assist Training co-ordinator with any course bookings required as and when applicable.
General
Make sure the certification planner is up to date.
Upkeep of current and new personal records.
The Person
Recruitment Administration/Coordination experience preferred – ideally in an offshore environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels.
