Precedo Healthcare are working with a client in the Leeds area and we are recruiting Support Workers to work within Residential and Day Services for people with learning disabilities, Autism and mental health challenges.

You will be required to support our clients on a daily basis and you will need to be caring, positive and passionate towards their daily needs.

All we ask is that you have at least 18 months experience of working in a support worker role in the past three years in the UK and you have a commitment to providing compassionate, person centred care to vulnerable people.

Your role will include

Support individuals to stay safe and ensure their welfare.

Help managing medication responsibility.

Help with daily living skills.

Support individuals to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Support individuals to participate in activities they enjoy and access the local community.
