What You'll Be Doing:
Workflow Management: Oversee the payroll team's operations, monitoring time allocations, budgets, and deadlines to ensure efficient processes.
Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their growth and development within the payroll function.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, collaborating on payroll system enhancements and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.
