Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to external works.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities to meet project deadlines.
