About the role We have an excellent opportunity for a Twilight Parts Advisor to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover South West London. As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing. You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday inclusive, working a shift pattern of 4:30pm until 12:00am with a scheduled 30 minute break. This is a 35 hour per week contract About you Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.
