Information Technology Field Engineer

Wizard are looking for an experienced IT engineer to join the fast growing team.
The job will be based at our London office and there is a requirement for onsite work at clients sites.
The role will be a 50/50 split between office based work and onsite support across all our clients inside out outer London.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the helpdesk and support the team dealing with day to day tickets
Maintain and monitor backups
Monitoring all client infrastructure and troubleshooting any issues
Maintain and management of the internal ticketing system. Ensuring all tickets are dealt with within the SLA
Project resource working alongside the project lead
Infrastructure and Server maintenance
Maintaining customer documentation
Supporting our global client based on the helpdesk
Logging and dealing with new tickets into the support system
Managing phone calls when customers call into the helpdesk providing them support directly
Remote and onsite troubleshooting and assisting end-users utilising our remote tools
Onsite support for all clients. This will be scheduled visits and on-demand visits
Escalation path for the Level 1 engineers
Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications
Good communications skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Desirable helpdesk experience in an MSP
Networking (Basic understand of VLANs, firewalls, network switches). Configured networking equipment.
Office 365 experience including PowerShell and Exchange Online/SharePoint
Microsoft Azure experience (Creating VMs, Virtual Networks, Maintaining Infrastructure, AVD)
Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager (Intune Enrolment, Policies, Autopilot)
Microsoft M365 and Azure Certifications (MS-900 & AZ-900)
