Hybrid: Milton Keynes (Head Office), mixed with home working
Salary: £45000 - £50000 Basic Salary + 10/15k 1st year OTE (with guaranteed commission for the first 12 months)
UK Passport holder or 5 years UK residency is required as you will undergo UK Security Clearance for this role.

Our client’s application and development team has created an award-winning suite of secure applications and products and as a next step of sales management, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to open and engage new clients, specifically in the Insurance and Financial Services / Accountancy sectors.
We already have an international footprint and are now looking to launch across the UK.
As a first Sales Development Representative of the department, you will be a trail blazer and eager to set up your own desk, new clients, and an outreach programme.
You will be happy to work with the wider marketing, and service teams on developing prospecting/discovery campaigns, leads and opportunities, helping to build market awareness and to arrange meetings and technology presentations.
What you will be doing:
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
Anticipate needs by conducting market research to identify new leads in conjunction with our marketing team
Develop business through outbound/inbound communication and online presentation.
Create target customer profiles working in partnership with Product and Sales leadership.
Responsibility of replying to incoming queries and leading outgoing sales campaigns.
Contribute to exhibiting at conferences and events (possibly internationally)
Identifies and/or undertakes training that is required.
Desirable Experience would include:
Previous Sales experience within Insurance/Financial/ accountancy markets or similar
Technology Product sales or software applications
Experience of learning technical products, services, and solutions
Demonstrable experience of business tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Office suite.
Working knowledge of B2B software markets
Knowledge of CRM systems
You will need to undergo UK Security Clearance, this will entail background checks covering any criminal history, credit and finance and some wider elements hence the need for a UK Passport or 5 years continuous UK residency.
