IT Systems Administrator – West Yorkshire - £22-25K
An established client of ours in the professional services sector are looking for a IT Systems administrator to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. You will be reporting to the IT Director, the successful candidate’s main role will be to provide IT support to staff to enable the company to achieve its goals and ensure the reliability of the server and network infrastructure.
This is an office-based role in their Leeds office, so applicants must be within a commutable distance of the area and comfortable working on-site Monday to Friday. The organisation is undergoing an exciting period of growth in addition to digital transformation, so this is a great opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies and develop your IT skills further with lots of hands-on training alongside the IT team.
Role Responsibilities:
for providing IT support to staff and reporting to the IT Director.
all inventories up to date as and when changes are made.
for performing hardware and software purchases upon approval.
that appropriate IT policies are in place and adhered to by all staff.
the company security policy is adhered to by all staff.
potential new technologies that would benefit the business and improvements in the functionality and use of existing systems.
the Anti-Virus system and other security/monitoring software.
staff on any IT aspect where training is required.
high performance of IT services to meet the evolving needs of the business to ensure satisfied internal and external service users.
Active Directory.
laptop, projectors, and/or video conferencing equipment for meetings.
the internal phone system with phone extensions, hunt groups, redirects, etc.
