Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills? We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join a successful team in Rutherglen.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, someone who has the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities include...

Answer phone calls and emails professionally and in a timely manner

Provide a pro-active approach to customer service

Provide administrative support to our sales team to maximising their productivity

Learning our order process system

Create quotations

Process orders accurately and in a timely manner

Manage customer expectations throughout the order process, making them aware of any extended lead times

Work with customers to progress orders, arranging payments and sending order confirmations

Check the progress of orders with suppliers and our inhouse production to ensure customers are aware of any delays immediately

Client record housekeeping

Skills and experience required

Personable

Motivated & Pro-active

Excellent attention to detail

Good organisation skills

Computer literate with good Excel and Outlook skills

Hardworking, can-do attitude.

Excellent organisational and communication skills
