Role Summary
This role is critical to daily and weekly execution of site appearance, optimising customer journeys and actions to meet commercial targets for the digital business.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for the taxonomy, navigation, product merchandising for the end to end journeys
Responsible for planning new product launches, seasonal product information and edits and applying lessons learnt from previous season reviews to optimise site performance
Analyse, plan and make recommendations based on commercial performance and opportunity
Produce regular (weekly and monthly) reports to show performance of website(s)
Work with Ecommerce, Creative and Marketing teams to deliver successful timely digital campaigns.
Keep up to date on new digital channels, technologies, opportunities and competitor innovation and best practice
Skills and Experience
Analytical and an eye for detail – assessing performance and finding opportunities to improve performance
Eager to learn and apply new thinking to existing problems
Previous experience in web merchandising, CMS tools, Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools beneficial
Competent is use of Microsoft excel
