Stores Assistant Responsibilities:
Document the receipt of inbound parts, correct placement for stock locations, pick, pack, and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
Ensure all parts are correctly labelled with storage location and logged on system.
Operate machinery, handling equipment & unload vehicles.
Assist with regular stock takes.
Stores Assistant Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a strong logistics, warehouse, or stores experience.
Be self-motivated, hardworking and physically fit.
Strong organisational skills.
Ideally hold a valid forklift licence.
Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
Ideally you will have SAP experience or similar inhouse computerised stock system.
Stores Assistant Benefits:
Salary £27,248
Monday to Thursday 7am - 4.30pm & Friday 7am - 1.30pm
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Opportunity for overtime.
Company pension scheme.
