Bell Cornwall, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the apprentice recruitment process and manage key relationships with employers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, data management, and supporting the business development team with a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee apprentice recruitment processes and procedures.
Arrange employer interviews for new apprentices.
Process Apprentice Application forms and applications from the (url removed) website.
Contact candidates to discuss applications, schedule assessments, and send emails throughout the recruitment process.
Input data into PICS, set up applicants on BKSB, and update databases regularly.
Undertake interviews with successful applicants and support employer sign-ups.
Manage the Digital Apprenticeship Service, including employer invitations and monitoring.
Sign up and contact apprentices who change employers, complete paperwork, and support business development.
Assist with registration/monitoring of learners on the Learner Record Service.
Organise skills scans with employers, apprentices, and tutors.
Coordinate school events and represent the client at school functions.
Manage out-of-work apprentice cases, conduct employer meetings, and promote potential applicants to employers.Key Criteria
