Role Overview:
The primary duty of this role is to perform comprehensive cleaning and basic upkeep of refrigeration units, adhering strictly to the company's policies and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled cleaning tasks for refrigeration units, preparing them for maintenance by emptying and cleaning, including filter maintenance.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on refrigeration units.
Coordinate with supervisors to ensure cleaning and maintenance tasks are executed timely and to the required standards.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Maintain a professional demeanour, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Experience:
Prior experience in cleaning or basic maintenance, preferably in a retail or industrial setting.
A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Approachable, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Good physical condition, as the job involves considerable physical activity.
