This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Customer Care Representatives to join the team!

Role :
Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email address and social media
Process sales orders, adding value where possible
Maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, regular and interactive communication
Collaborate with the technical team assisting with product and customer queries
This role grants real autonomy and offers excellent scope for progression into more senior roles
Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Full UK Driving Licence
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Enthusiastic about technology
