Nestled within 355 acres of picturesque Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club are seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the creation and refinement of innovative food menus across each area of the business.
Ensure kitchen operations adhere to quality and timing standards.
In the absence of the Head Chef, oversee kitchen personnel, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
Managing inventory by ordering supplies in a timely manner.
Uphold food hygiene and other regulatory regulations and safety protocols with diligence.
Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef.
Resolve challenges promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements: This role will be ideally suited to a current senior CDP or experienced CDP looking for the next step.
The role has the potential to develop into full Sous Chef responsibilities and title over 12 months.
Proven experience in culinary roles, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques.
Ability to work both independently and and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Reliability, integrity, and a keen eye for details are essential qualities.
Passion about food and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Own transport required due to our rural location.
