The successful candidate will play a crucial role in accurately estimating the costs of projects, from initial conception through to completion. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Estimator will utilize their expertise in groundworks and civil engineering to analyze project requirements, evaluate costs, and prepare comprehensive estimates that align with the company's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project requirements thoroughly.

Conduct site visits and liaise with project stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.

Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop cost-effective solutions that meet project objectives.

Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
