Meraki Talent is currently recruiting a Finance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in Glasgow. The Finance Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor/customer communications.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases accordingly.

Prepare financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Generate financial reports and assist with budget preparation as needed.

Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is an advantage.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
