General admin duties such as dealing with the mail
Successful applicants must: Have knowledge of IT systems such as outlook, word, excel
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to deal with members of the public in difficult situations
Have knowledge of Microsoft applications
Have excellent time keeping skills
Be honest, trustworthy and punctual
Have good problem solving skills
