The Basics

* Role: Planned and Reactive Maintenance within Commercial & Retail sector
Mobile Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
* To carry out planned preventative maintenance schedules across multiple commercial and retail sites in London, Kent and the South East Counties
* Responding to more reactive calls throughout the day and offering first class customer service to clients to resolve any maintenance issues.
* A good working knowledge of building M&E services is beneficial
* General maintenance to Lighting: Emergency Lighting and Small Power
* Water temps / L8 Checks
* Completing logbooks
* Working to strict Health & Safety regulations
Mobile Maintenance Electrician Skills & Experience
* 3+ Years in a similar role minimum
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds or Similar)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regs
* AM2 and Testing & Inspection of Electrical Installations is Beneficial but not Essential.
* Good understanding of Building M&E
* IPAF / PASMA training beneficial
* First Aid
* L8 Legionella Awareness Training Beneficial (But not essential)
