Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
Location: Bristol
Experience: 2+ PQE
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Join an established national practice, currently in a phase of growth. We're actively looking for a Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to be part of their team Serious and Catastrophic team in Bristol. Your experience will be a valuable addition as they continue to build on their success.
Key Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in supporting experienced partners who are acknowledged market leaders, handling high-value catastrophic injury cases, including defendant employers’ liability, public liability, and motor claims. You'll also have the chance to manage your own smaller caseload.
Work with major insurers and corporate clients.
Engage directly with clients, building relationships with existing and new contacts.
Contribute to the success of a well-established national law firm, making a valuable impact.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years PQE in personal injury, with a preference for handling high-value claims
Litigation experience in personal injury defence work
Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
Strong written communication skills
