My Client is a regional Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractor, recognized for innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence. As they continue to expand our team, They are searching for a talented Mechanical Estimator to join their dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our diverse projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for a variety of M&E projects.
* Collaborate with the bidding team to analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
* Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and potential risks.
* Source and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure comprehensive project understanding.
* Present estimates to senior management and participate in bid review meetings.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Mechanical Estimator within the M&E sector.
* In-depth knowledge of Mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
