We are currently seeking an injection moulding setter to join our production team, based at our Kidlington manufacturing site.
Responsibilities:
Accurately set & process tooling in accordance with the production schedule priorities
Ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to the correct quality standards whilst meeting customer requirements
Responsible for trouble-shooting
Responding to red-lights
Maximising machine utilisation & overall equipment effectiveness
Offering flexibility to cover operator / packer duties when requested
Support CI initiatives & 5S programs to drive change and process development across the shop floor
Required Skills / Experience:
Experience of working as an injection moulding setter is essential
A 'team player' with the ability to work productively and easily with others
Excellent communicator both at shop floor and management level
Ability to work well and calmly under pressure
Flexible and approachable
IMT qualification an advantage
The team works on a continental 4-On 4-Off, 12 hour shift pattern, which rotates days and nights
