Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, produce, and review management accounts against forecasts and budgets.
Contribute to company-wide financial forecasts and budgets.
Review Franchisee billing/self-billing before issuance.
Produce ad hoc reports as required.
Liaise with operational management and Franchisees to support growth strategy delivery.
Mentor junior team members to maintain an ambitious and high-performing Finance team.
Requirements:
Honesty, integrity, and financial soundness.
Relevant experience in large/corporate organizations.
Experience in producing statutory accounts.
Knowledge of the SUN accounts system preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing people.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service orientation.
Qualification as a Chartered Accountant/CIMA.
