Description
Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring all operational procedures are adhered to
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
Manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
Liaise with suppliers and maintain inventory of office supplies
Assist with the planning and execution of company events
Responsible for maintaining a clean and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the management team
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
A degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience in an office management role
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the retail industry would be advantageous
Job Offer
Salary range of £36,000 - £40,000 per annum
Full-time, permanent contract
