About the role
The Enterprise Resilience Manager will have a key role in delivering D&G’s Enterprise Resilience Framework covering, FCA/PRA/Bafin/APRA compliance, aligned to international standards, process design, including articulation and accuracy of D&G’s Vulnerability maps, Business Continuity Plans, response and crisis management, coordination of support activities needed to ensure resilience along with any appropriate training and equipment.
The post is a key contributor to D&G’s enterprise resilience processes as appropriate. The role will:
Support the Enterprise Resilience Team to deliver detailed assessments of the risks inherent in D&G’s activities and managing these through a process of risk assessment, mitigation and contingency planning
Be curious about gaining more knowledge and industry insight around global regulations, best practices, and anticipated changes relating to Operational Resilience and Continuity
Assist in delivering specialist resilience advice and support to all levels of management and staff through the application of D&G’s Enterprise Resilience framework.
Manage Enterprise Resilience evidence library in support of internal & external audits ensuring the highest standard of documentation and evidence.
Participate in review and delivery of D&G resilience policies and processes.
Manage delivery of documentation to the Enterprise Resilience Committee.
Key responsibilities
Provide analyses of detailed regulatory and process data and to provide suggestions for process enhancements
Support Enterprise Resilience Team in delivering multiple reporting requirements to a high specification
Support detailed stress & scenario testing
Effectively engage stakeholders across multiple disciplines and multiple territories
Support the delivery of routine threat assessments on resilience and risk.
Responsible for supporting the delivery of mechanisms for monitoring performance against impact tolerances, through a suite of KRI’s, stress tests and remediation plans.
Tracking and reviewing business requirements for delivery of resilience against timelines.
Ability to prioritise critical information for escalation.
Lead on the delivery of board level papers and supporting documentation.
Ensure D&G’s vulnerability maps are maintained and up to date.
Be a resilience business partner to support business in delivering against agreed resilience metrics.
Support planning for major events and respond to specific threats to operations as required.
Support resilience reviews of internationally based staff as required.
Required experience
Significant risk management experience, process design and track record in change management
Excellent documentation and evidence management
Ability to deliver time critical complex requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business and challenge stakeholders objectively and effectively
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Highly motivated and self-starting
