Role Description:

Lead and manage hotel development projects at the Director level, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design development, construction, and handover.

Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new hotel development opportunities, leveraging existing networks and forging new partnerships in the hospitality sector.

Work closely with clients, investors, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Monitor project performance and financial metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize project profitability and mitigate risks.

Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities in the hospitality sector, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Oversee the execution of hotel development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and brand specifications.

Act as a brand ambassador representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

Strong on business development and having a book of client contacts.

Relevant years of experience in hotel development, with a strong track record of successfully delivering hotel projects at the Director level.

Proven business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth and profitability.

Knowledge of hotel operations, branding, and market trends in the hospitality sector.

Professional accreditation or membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g., RICS, IHG, Hilton) is desirable.
