Manage and maintain the business' proactive monitoring, ITSM and security tools, together with day-to-day management of client solutions such as Azure Backup and Site Recovery, VMware virtualised infrastructure and supporting SAN storage etc.
Deliver support responses and technical resolutions in a timely manner in a fast-paced, environment.
Assist in the development and updating of new technology standards / installation guides and ensure client documentation is up to date.
Managing and supervising more junior Engineers
