What you’ll do
Mercury provides a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) which overlays our CRM. The DAP supports end users with a detailed understanding of how all the CRM functionality works. The DAP comprises 5 key components:
Smart Walkthroughs – Leads a user through a process step by step
Smart Tips – Provides additional section, field and button level information
Articles – Typically 1 page articles on how a specific field, button or process works
Videos – Typical short videos of a few minutes demonstrating how a specific field, button or process works
Academy – New User onboarding / training courses
Who you are
Experience of Digital Adoptions Platforms
Experience with SaaS/CRM platforms
Experience writing instructional articles
Experience producing instructional video’s
High focus on keeping administration up to date is a must
The ability to work well within teams or self-motivated enough to work alone is essential
High focus on customer satisfaction is a must
A can do attitude, willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Experience within the recruitment industry is beneficial
