What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the accounting process for multiple EMEA entities. Drive personal growth within your team, directly managing 5 people with oversight of 20
Ensure engagement across the team, implementing monthly reporting KPI's across EMEA
Drive the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
Hold full responsibility for the fixed asset/intercompany team, and senior revenue accountant
Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations, demonstrating the quality to the wider finance team
Partner with FPA to develop insight by understanding revenue, gross margin and opex variances
Manage completion of the quarterly reporting pack by the team to provide relevant information to the US finance team for US GAAP
Implement robust financial controls and policies in line with corporate standards and local regulations
Coordinate with international teams to harmonize accounting processes and integrate financial systems
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager position is a seasoned professional with CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications. You will have demonstrable experience in accounting, with a strong background in managing teams and cross-border accounting operations in a multinational environment.
