Account Manager - Organization Overview :
A prominent company in business solutions is seeking a motivated individual to join their Account Management team. They specialize in providing top-tier ERP, Accounting, and CRM solutions, boasting a substantial client base.
Account Manager - Key Responsibilities :
Manage key client relationships for Sage 200 & Intacct products.
Ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Participate in sales and marketing team activities and meetings.
Account Manager - Qualifications :
Experience in Account Management with knowledge of Sage ERP products.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain B2B relationships in business, finance, and process management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
Proven ability to develop productive relationships with stakeholders.
High level of integrity, self-motivation, and effective teamwork skills.
Advanced IT skills and a strong drive to achieve goals.
