Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience working with adults experiencing mental health issues, preferably within a statutory mental health setting.
Sound knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and best practices related to adult mental health care.
Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and across different agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
