Recruitment Consultant. As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment.
You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
