Responsibilities:

?? Conduct both inbound and outbound telesales to increase the organisation's membership base.

?? Follow the sales strategy to promote and sell membership to potential clients.

?? Convert initial interest into full membership within expected timeframes.

?? Stay updated with the range of products and services offered to clients.

?? Deliver a positive sales experience to every potential member.

?? Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
