Your new role
As a Design Manager, you will lead a team of talented graphic and digital designers. Your role encompasses overseeing the quality and production of marketing materials, collaborating with designers, managing workloads, and adapting designs for the UK and European markets. You will engage with project requestors, coordinate approvals, and produce exceptional creative work as part of an international division.
What you’ll need to succeed
A degree-level education or equivalent experience in design.
At least 5 years of relevant design experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Mac OS X, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign), HTML, and Bootstrap.
A deep understanding of digital design processes, content management platforms, and fundamental design principles.
Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Extensive knowledge of departmental processes, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bonus: Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
