This role will provide support to the Engineering Team facilitating the administration, communication and planning and controlling projects. About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you’ll provide comprehensive admin support to the team of engineers.
Create and maintain product database via SharePoint.
Assist the team in the production and maintenance of project plans.
Maintain engineering filing, recording, and reporting systems via Design Change Control processes.
Monitor and maintain inventory of office and project supplies specific to the engineering department.
About You
Previous admin experience gained within engineering / manufacturing environment.
Understanding of fundamental project processes (Change Control).
MS Office and MRP experience.
Some knowledge of Project Management methodologies would be ideal.
