Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. . Contact customers once projects/jobs have been completed and received by the customer to gain feedback - feedback is to be logged and communicated to internal teams. . Provide answers to queries from customers which have gone unanswered, or which require further investigation. . Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. . Liaise with the sales team, production team, and management. Experience/knowledge requirements for a Quality Control Manager: . Previous experience in a similar customer care/quality controller role in a similar manufacturing industry. . Attention to detail. . Confident in challenging any production that isn't meeting company standards. . Excellent communication skills. . IT literate. . Good organisational skills. . Problem solving abilities.
