We are on the search for our next Night Manager to join our team in Wilde Edinburgh . What you can do for us

Act as Duty Manager of the Hotel while on shift.

Supervise colleagues on duty overnight and delegate specific tasks to assist in the smooth operation of the hotel overnight.

Act as the first point of contact for all guest questions/concerns.

Assist in onboarding and training to team members and monitor their performance.

Prepare through handover for day shift with all necessary information.

Ensure non-arrivals and cancellations are actioned appropriately.

Ensure all billing instructions are correct and actioned to best assist with unauthorised credit risk mitigation.

Follow all Health and Safety procedures while acting as first point of contact in the event of an emergency.

Run Night Audit and prepare End of Day.

Previous management experience of at least 2 years of experience working at the Front Desk in a similar property is essential to deliver this role

Excellent communication skills, highly focused, motivated, and professional in appearance and presentation to represent the Staycity Group Brand.

Always strive to provide our guests with the highest standards of customer care.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail

Experience using Opera and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

A self-motivator with attention to detail and a passion for customer service.

No formal qualifications are essential, but you must be able to demonstrate commitment, leadership and continuous learning.
