An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant has arisen at this inclusive primary school in Kirklees. This role is available immediately and extends into 2025 with a view of the position becoming permanent.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with special educational requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one or small group support to SEN students during classroom activities.

Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans.

Collaborating with teachers to tailor teaching materials and methods to suit the diverse needs of each student.
