Are you an Electrical Engineer or Electrician with a level 3 Engineering qualification, seeking to transition from hands-on work to a role at one of the UK's leading engineering companies, where you'll receive extensive training and support to become a fully qualified Electrical Instructor and make a direct impact on the future of engineers?

As an Electrical Trainer, your primary responsibilities include delivering training in Electrical principles through theory and practical training. You will be involved in maintaining and updating training documentation, assessing student course work, and providing feedback on their performance. Previous training experience is not required, as the company is willing to develop you into the role.
