Service Advisor High Wycombe
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining strong rapport with all customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service : Greet every customer, answer incoming calls, and manage online bookings for services, repairs, or MOTs.
Communication : Discuss aspects of work required, advise customers, and listen carefully to their needs.
Courtesy Cars : Ensure any courtesy cars required are booked and available when the customer arrives, and manage the checking in and out of these vehicles.
Workshop Support : Assist the Service Manager in planning and scheduling work for workshop technicians, and in preparing workflows.
Parts Ordering : Communicate with parts suppliers via calls and emails to order necessary parts.
Invoicing : Prepare invoices and make final preparations to the customer’s car after works are complete, ensuring it has been washed, sanitised, and that sweet gifts are in place.
Customer Follow-up : Advise customers when their vehicle is ready for collection, explain the works that have been completed, and ensure payment is processed.
