Paid Media Executive

As a Paid Media Executive, your role will predominantly be focused on working with clients to develop, execute campaigns and deliver against them.
You will also be confident in:
Building relationships with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business goals and product offerings so you can develop paid media solutions to support their business growth
Delivering multi-channel paid media campaigns that are rooted in revenue-based KPIs and tied to the buyer's journey
Implementing the technical set-up of paid search and paid social campaigns including conversion tracking, landing page building, asset design and copywriting
Improving data visibility through effective tagging, Looker Studio set up and CRM reporting
Feed into paid media strategy for clients with the Paid Media Lead and Head of Performance
Be comfortable with client campaign budget management
About you:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1 to 2 years experience in a paid search-orientated role
At least 1 years of experience working at a digital or performance marketing agency
Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients that are underpinned by success metrics and KPIs
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to function independently on campaign delivery, as well as collaboratively with wider team members on strategy
Experience in using core ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Experience reporting from analytics platforms, preferably GoogleAnalytics (GA4), and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
