About the job - Our compassionate and nurturing intervention workers will provide emergency support to vulnerable children, young people, and families during both normal office hours and after hours. The role involves working with families in their own homes and communities, developing responsive and tailored support packages based on assessed and identified needs. You will work with family members and children to set realistic and sustainable goals for change as a member of a multi-agency team. The focus will be on building family resilience to improve long-term outcomes for children, young people, and their families, along with providing residential support to children and young people in bespoke emergency placements. This opportunity is exciting and innovative and will allow you to develop your skills in evidence-based practice.We are looking for somebody who aligns with our values and can demonstrate empathy, compassion, patience, and non-judgmental attitudes.You will be required to complete the All-Wales Induction Framework for Health and Social Care within 6 months of appointment.YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FULL VALID DRIVING LICENCE AND SOLE USE OF A VEHICLE.
