Essential Requirements;

Level 3 diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Understanding of policies and procedures pertaining to running a residential children’s home.
5+ years’ experience working with EBD and LD children and at least 3 years at a senior level
Supervision/management experience
Excellent reviews of working with children and their families in a residential care setting
Financial acumen and budgeting skills of social work principles and practices
