My client is looking for a passionate, innovative and positive individual to help assist the manager of their shops. We are looking for someone who is willing to dedicate themselves into providing a high-quality and memorable experience for all customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the manager in day to day running of the shop
Working alongside the manager to recruit, train and motivate different volunteers
Selecting and pricing items correctly
Delivering great customer service at all times
Ensure that accurate cashing up is consistently up to date.
Ensure that completing weekly returns and dispatch documents is up to date.
Achieving and excelling agreed targets from the company
Managing the gift aid processes
About you:

Essential requirements for this position:
Excellent customer service, team working and communication skills
Great numeracy skills
Previous experience in working within a charity retail sector, either as an employee, volunteer or a background in high street retail
At least two year's previous experience in a retail environment
Previous experience or knowledge in selling and promoting a variety of products
Ability to create visual displays and shop layout to a great standard
