Sales Office Manager basic salary : Circa £32,000 with room for negotiation

As the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales office team of 6 and driving revenue through proactive office sales efforts and client relationship management.
Sales Office Manager duties will include :
Cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding agencies, travel agencies, and other industry partners to generate and secure bookings.
Conducting site visits with prospective clients to showcase the hotel and secure bookings.
Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and following up on enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Providing regular reports and updates on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
Lead and inspire the sales office team of 3 reservationists and 3 wedding, meeting and events executives
Craft captivating proposals and contracts
Provide all training and development within the team
Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries to generate new business opportunities
Support the team as required on all large enquiries and pieces of business
To excel in this role, you should possess :
Proven experience in a hotel sales office managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent in forming relationships with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Working knowledge of Opera would be ideal.
