This role ideal for a Client / Account Manager keen to progress and gain responsibilities. You need to have worked in a similar position at least 2-3 years . Ideally you are from the Business Travel industry, but we will consider candidates from Travel and Hospitality backgrounds.
The role is hybrid , so you will have to travel to Bradford for clients and teams meetings. Travel costs will be covered.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: only candidates who have lived in the UK since 5 consecutive years and who are ready to undergo enhanced DBS and Security Clearance processes will be considered.

The role of the Client Manager is to effectively manage a portfolio of diverse clients to ensure growth, development and retention. The role requires strong support to all customers, depending upon their individual requirements. The role works across the wider business, in particular Customer Support, Finance and Operations. Total client ownership along with retention and developing new business are all key aspects of this role.

Allocates and uses resources properly.
A flexible approach to working hours is required.
