Manage all aspects of operation of the business to achieve requirements with respect to sales, budgets and operating expenses.
Have passion for the industry and hands on approach
Previous GM experience in the similar high quality restaurant, bar or pub
Have similar prior experience of working in a high-quality, food-led environment.
Have a keen eye for detail, always ensuring the delivery of standards at the highest level.
A strong, but calm, personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to manage, motivate and develop a team.
Help lead the team, in the day to day running of the business.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness within the both the front, and back of house areas to maintain the business level 5 hygiene rating.
Be aware of current trends and together with our Executive chef to develop new techniques and menu items to increase sales, reduce costs and improve the productivity, knowledge, and skills of staff.
Actively engage in management and planning meetings.
