Our growing brand is seeking a highly numerate, inquisitive, and technologically-minded individual for the role of Assistant Revenue Manager working across our group, and directly under our Head of Revenue based at Dakota Hotel in Manchester city centre .
REMUNERATION and WORKING PATTERN
This role carries a full-time, permanent contract working 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday, onsite at Dakota Manchester. The gross annual salary is £33,000.00, paid monthly.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Working under our Head of Revenue, you will:
Manage our revenue management system, Duetto, throughout the day. Keep track of bedroom sales pick up and continuously be adjusting rates on our systems, in line with direction from the GM or Head of Revenue.
Build rates and packages on our central reservations system, communicating with Marketing to ensure the packages are correctly available on our website and TPIs.
Analyse and interpret revenue-related data including pace and pick up reporting with the aim of providing management information, providing the foundation for data driven decision making. Conduct regular audits of internal reporting to ensure accuracy of revenue data and systems usage, highlighting any anomalies for further investigation.
