Job Description
As a Sales Trainer at Purplebricks, you will be responsible for heading up our Training Academy for new colleagues and developing and delivering training programs to our existing sales team. Your main objective will be to equip our sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully sell our services to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales management team to identify training needs and create effective training materials and programs.
You will be required to run a weekly face to face training sessions, so the successful candidate will need to be based in the South with the ability to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs for our sales team, including new hire training, ongoing skill enhancement, and product/service training.
Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and develop training materials and resources.
Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to ensure consistent and effective learning experiences for our sales team.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales techniques and training methods.
Skills
Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyse training needs and develop effective training materials.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, learning management systems).
Training
You will receive comprehensive training on our products, services, however should have demonstrable skills and experience around sales training, coaching and techniques to ensure your success in the role.
